First, we ask questions. A lot of questions. To develop the most effective branding possible, we need to get to know your company. What is your mission? What set’s you apart? How do your customers see your company? Who is your target market? What qualities do you want them to associate with your company? The answers we get will help us target your marketing and create a brand that is uniquely your own. Consider this a process of business self-discovery. It may be time consuming, but we promise it will deliver results.

Second, we get to work. And that means research. Lots of research. What are your competitors doing? What about the leaders in your industry? What are they up to? Are there trends we should be aware of or pitfalls to avoid? We need to know. Then the design magic happens. Beautiful images. Compelling content. Sketches and proofs and revision cycles, oh my! We’ll communicate with you throughout this stage and work until we get it right. Our goal isn’t just to provide you with a beautiful design, but one that helps establish your voice and builds brand equity.

Finally, it’s time to go live with your new identity: implementation. We can help there too. The key is consistency. Your branding should be integrated throughout your business – how you answer the phone, what your salespeople wear, and what impression your email signature leaves all play a part in how your customers perceive your company. Are you staying true to your vision and voice? Does your print material, social media, and website all work together? Again, the key is consistency.
